The seven northeastern states of India—Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, and Tripura—collectively known as the Seven Sisters, offer a lush and vibrant environment that is particularly enchanting in spring. Among these, Assam stands out as the largest state and is home to the renowned Kaziranga National Park, famous for its unique population of one-horned rhinoceroses. Our expedition to this stunning park took place from December 22 to 27, 2024, during which we documented numerous animals and birds that are exclusive to this area. Our journey was expertly organized by Seven Sisters Travels and Tours, based in Guwahati, Assam's capital.
